Terms & Conditions:
- Application forms are available at the official website of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology: www.aust.edu.pk.
- In case of semester system, CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered as First Division.
- Applicants Serving in Government, Semi Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
- No Column of the application form should be left blank particularly equivalent percentages marks/CGPA, postal address, email address and contact numbers.
- A Bank Draft / Deposit Receipt (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer, Abbottabad University of Science and Technology of Rs. 5000/- should be deposited.
- Original receipt of bank draft (and one photocopy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees/Certificates, Experience certificates, Research papers (where applicable), CNIC and two recent passport sized photographs must be attached with application form.
- The candidates having Foreign Degrees/Certificates must also provide Equivalency Certificates from HEC/IBCC Islamabad.
- For posts at serial no. (1-2); candidates must submit four complete copies of application form/dossier and one soft copy of the same completed in all respect.
- Incomplete application form in any respect will not be entertained.
- Applicants applying for more than one position must apply separately.
- The application forms must reach to the Registrar Office (AUST) on or before the closing date. No application form will be accepted/entertained after due date.
- University reserves the right not to fill any post, withhold the appointment against any advertised position or to accept/reject any application based on the need of the University.

- Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. Short listing of candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University Statutes.

- The selected candidates will be governed by the Rules/Regulations/Statutes of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology and Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
