Cadet College Kila Saifullah is an English medium residential institution which announces the admission for the academic year 2024 in class VII. Following are some essential details regarding admission:
Eligibility
- The minimum age limit is eleven (11) years and the maximum age limit is thirteen (13) years till 28th February 2024 i.e. the date of birth of the student should be between 1st March 2011 and 28th February 2013. In case of change in age, the form will be cancelled. In case of doubt after selection, age verification will be done by Medical Board of CMH Quetta.
- Candidate must have passed Class VI examination from a recognized school by 1 March 2024.
- The candidate should be medically fit, duly certified by a classified specialist who shall, without doubt, be re-certified by the competent medical board.
Selection:
- Admissions to the Cadet College Killa saifullah are given on the basis of pure merit and the selection will consist of two parts (Written Test and Interview). In the first stage, the candidates will be conducted a written test, based on the result of the written test, the candidates will be shortlisted and only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The final list will be released after the test and interview and the selection will be final.
- The written test will be conducted through Balochistan Textbook Board Class VI Syllabus 2022 which will consist of the following subjects.
- English
- Math
- Science
- Urdu
Selection Process in CCKS:
- The selection board and interview panel of the college will conduct a detailed interview of the candidate in which they will be tested on syllabus questions, general knowledge, communication skill and medical fitness.
- The entry test will be conducted by any reputed institute. The date, time and venue of the test will be notified through the newspaper advertisement and on the contact number mentioned in the form.
Admission Form / Prospectus Cadet College Killa saifullah:
- Admission forms can be obtained from the following places from November 2, 2023, the cost including registration and examination is Rs. 1000 rupees with late fee.

- Branch, Bank Islami Qila Saifullah Branch.
- Bank Islami Muslim Bagh Branch.
- Bank Islami Zhob Branch.
- Bank Islami Loralai Branch.
- Bank Islami Khanozai Branch.
- Bank Islami Sibi branch
and apart from the above forms can also be downloaded from the college website (www.ccks.edu.pk).
- 3000 rupees (with late fee) must be attached to the bank deposit slip/draft payable to Principal Cadet College Qila Saifullah after the due date in the Bank Islami Account No. 0201-0047775-1016 of the college.
Allotment of seats:
- Balochistan (District Quota): 58 Seats
- 10% Quota (for Zhob Division): 8 Seats
- Self Finance: 20 Seats
- Quota of Other Provinces (One Seat per Province) 03 Seats.
- Minority : 01 Seat - Total 90 Seats
Instructions for submission of admission form:
- It is very important that complete documents from all levels reach by 20th December 2023 in any case keeping in mind the instructions given in the admission form Incomplete and form received after the due date will not be accepted.
- Submit the completed form to Cadet College Qila Saifullah vide TCS Office Qila Saifullah / Bank Islami Muslim Bagh Branch before the last date.
