Processing Fee Payment: Rs. 4,000/- (Non-refundable) payable through Bank Challan at HBL-University Branch (Account No. 08730001324203). 3. Document Submission: Submit printed online form + fee receipt + 2 sets of attested copies of educational documents + 4 recent passport photographs to: Graduate Studies Office (GSO), Room No. 3, 1st Floor, Administration Block, University of Balochistan, Quetta during office hours.
