Must hold one of the following: MBBS/BDS, BS Nursing (4-year program), Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT), Pharm D, BS/MS Public Health, BS Social Sciences, BS Behavioral Sciences, BS Psychology, BS Anthropology, Allied Health Sciences. Strongly recommended for interns, residents, primary health physicians, doctors involved in Oncology/ICU patient care, nurses working in oncology, home health services, ICU, internal medicine or any other department involved in managing palliative care patients.
