Application Form completed in all respect along with requisite Documents and Processing Fee must be submitted in the concerned Department latest by 17th July, 2026. Fee of Rs. 8000/- (Main Form) and Rs. 4000/- (Additional Form) can be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan and Habib Metropolitan Bank. Online Payment is also available.
