Passed HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks; and secured at least 50% marks in UHS-UGAT 2026. Candidates who have qualified MDCAT-2026 with a minimum of 50% marks may apply on the basis of their MDCAT-2026 score in lieu of the UHS-UGAT-2026.
Apply online at https://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission using a verified email account. Upload accurate particulars and required documents. Processing fee: Rs. 1,000/- per program plus UGAT fee of Rs. 3,000/- (no test fee required if candidate has qualified MDCAT-2026). Fees to be deposited through designated payment modes and proof uploaded to the portal. Each selected program constitutes a separate application. Fees are non-refundable. Hard-copy submission is not required.
