Terms and Conditions:
- All eligible candidates will be allowed to take their screening test.
- If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
- A separate application must be submitted for each post.
- Candidates will be informed about the test and interview via SMS, so all candidates should not switch off or change their mobile SIMs until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidate.
- All appointments will be made according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Candidates meeting the required standard will be called for a test/interview.
- Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the ETEA screening test.
- No TA/DA will be given to those appearing for the test/interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised posts at any time.
- Government employees should submit applications through their department with an NOC.
- Original documents are mandatory on the day of the interview.
- The quota reserved by the provincial government for the posts will be strictly followed.
Application Procedure:
- After creating your profile on the ETEA website and before depositing the fee, print the NADRA e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify it at any franchise (shop) with your original ID card number. Without this verification, you will not be able to apply for any post. After profile verification, print the deposit slip from the ETEA website to deposit the fee and go to a UBL Bank, Easy Paisa agent, or NADRA e-Sahulat center to deposit the examination fee (non-refundable). You will receive a confirmation SMS. The examination fee can also be deposited from your mobile phone through the Easy Paisa application. Keep the original deposit slip safe because you will not be allowed to sit in the examination without the deposit slip and roll number slip. Do not bother sending any educational documents to the ETEA office.
- The online application for the posts will be available on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk from 15.02.2026.
- The last date for submitting the online form will be 10.03.2026.
- Candidates will be informed about downloading the roll number slip via SMS, so all candidates must ensure their mobile number is correct until the recruitment process is complete.
