Vacancies

The Office of the Advocate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the required qualifications for the following vacant positions, according to the following conditions, through ETEA:

1. Stenographer (Junior Scale) | 14 | 11 | FA/FSc or equivalent from any recognized board, 50 WPM shorthand speed in English, 35 WPM typing speed in English, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel | 18-30 years
2. Junior Clerk | 11 | 11 | FA/FSc or equivalent from any recognized board, 30 WPM typing speed in English | 18-30 years

Terms and Conditions:

1. All eligible candidates will be allowed to take the screening test.
2. If any candidate is found ineligible during the scrutiny by the competent authority, they will not be considered for recruitment at any stage.
3. A separate application must be submitted for each post.
4. Candidates will be informed about the test/interview via SMS, so they should not turn off or change their mobile number during the recruitment process. Otherwise, the candidate will be responsible.
5. All appointments will be made according to the prevailing laws of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
6. Candidates meeting the required criteria will be called for the test/interview.
7. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the ETEA screening test.
8. No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for the test/interview.
9. The competent authority reserves the right to change/reduce/cancel the number of advertised posts at any time.
10. Government employees must submit their applications through their respective departments with a NOC.
11. Original documents are mandatory on the day of the interview.
12. The provincial government's quota will be strictly followed.

How to Apply:

1. After creating a profile on the ETEA website and before submitting fees, verify your original CNIC number on the ETEA website by printing the Nadra facilitation token at any franchise. Without verification, you cannot apply for any post. After profile verification, print the deposit slip from the website and submit the fee (non-refundable) at any Easy-paisa/Jazz Cash agent or Nadra e-Sahulat Center. A confirmation SMS will be sent to you. You can also submit the fee through Easy-paisa/Jazz Cash app. Keep the original deposit slip safe, as you won't be allowed to sit in the exam without it. Do not bother sending any educational documents to our office.
2. The online application for the posts will be available on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk from June 16, 2025.
3. The last date for submitting the online form is July 7, 2025.
4. Candidates will be informed about downloading their roll number slips via SMS.
