• Ensuring proper and timely filing of all Accounts and fee- related documents of all units, maintaining backup of FCS GL for easy accessibility, durability, and future reference (Vouchers and other reports monthly, binding of ledgers on an annual basis).
• Reporting month-end Fee collection of AKS & Hostels to the Education Office.
• Fulfilment of any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
• The ideal candidate must have master's in commerce/MBA (Finance), CA (part-qualified), ACCA (Finalist), or ICMA (part- qualificd) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity at an institution of good repute. The individual should possess sound knowledge of financial management, organizational skills, effective communication, proficiency in English, and strong interpersonal skills.
