S/he will be responsible for preparing short- and medium-term strategic plans for schools' development & improvement. S/he will maintain close liaison with the other Heads of RSDUs, regional support units, volunteers, community representatives and relevant government officials on matters pertaining to academic particularly focused to schools of her his region.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Education with over 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years inacademic management. Strong expertise in effective communication, leadership, and management skills, coupled with proficiency in planning, organizing, and monitoring activities.
Demonstrated capability in education management, operational planning, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word and other relevant applications
