- Send the completed application form along with a CV, three passport-size photographs, and attested copies of all relevant documents (CNIC, certificates/degrees, detailed marks certificates, Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate, position in Board/University, release orders for Ex-Service men if applicable) to the Director General Agriculture (Extension) Punjab, 21- Davis Road, Lahore.

- Equivalence certificate is required for other relevant degrees.
- The appointment is temporary and non-transferable, with the contract ending on June 30, 2025.
- Recruitment will be based on merit.
