2 Attested copies of the following documents are required to be attached. . Copy of candidate educational qualification documents (primary matric) (in case applicant is literate). Domicile / PRC / Candidate Form d. iii.
Candidate's CNIC with blue or white background. Two passport size photographs (male).
All documents must be submitted before the cut off date / last date of application submission.
The documents once submitted along with the application form shall be final and shall not be changed at any stage for any reason whatsoever, which shall be considered at any stage of the appointment process.
