Age relaxation:

(i) For retired ASF personnel's children: 15 years or actual service (whichever is less) relaxation in upper age limit.
(ii) Government servants/contract employees with continuous service of 2 years: 10 years relaxation.
(iii) Sindh Rural/Urban, KPK, Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK, Minorities (Non-Muslims), Disabled persons: 3 years relaxation.
(iv) Children of deceased government servants who expired during service: 5 years relaxation (upon providing death certificate).
Note: If age relaxation is claimed in more than one category, it will only be granted in one category.

Application procedure:

(i) Interested candidates should only register online on the ASF recruitment website.
Note: If a candidate faces difficulty in online registration, they can contact the help desk at the nearest recruitment center.
(ii) Candidates must upload a front side copy of their National Identity Card and a recent photograph during registration.
(iii) There is no need to submit copies of educational or other documents. However, as per government policy, shortlisted candidates' documents will be verified before the interview.
(iv) The registration process will continue for a few days from the date of advertisement publication. Registration will be closed after the due date.
(v) Any application received directly at the recruitment centers will be rejected.
(vi) Serving government employees and armed forces personnel/retirees should apply after obtaining NOC.
(vii) Discharged/retired personnel from armed forces/civil forces are not eligible to apply in ASF.
(viii) Individuals below 18 years of age are not eligible to apply.
(ix) Age will be counted up to the last date of application submission. (x) Pregnant women should not apply.

Initial and mandatory tests:

(i) Physical standards for uniform posts (ASI, Corporal, Corporal Driver, etc.):
Male candidates height: 5'-6" (167.64cm), Chest: 32 1/4" - 34 1/4" (83.19cm - 88.27cm)
Female candidates height: 5'-2" (157.48cm)
Weight (Male/Female) as per chart available at recruitment centers.
(ii) Candidates who pass the physical and medical tests will be considered eligible for the subsequent written test and interview.
(iii) 6 months probation period after recruitment.
