We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and initiative-driven candidate for the post of Chief Financial Officer in the Head Office, Lahore.
- Job Description:
- To oversee the preparation of periodic financial statements of the foundation as a group.
- Knowledge of labor laws including employee benefit plans & other Federal, Provincial & Local regulations.
- To monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- To oversee the accounting policies, tax compliance, and treasury functions.
- Ability to lead, develop and maintain banking activities and relationships of the foundation with banks.
- Ability to construct and monitor reliable internal control systems in respect of various internal processes.
- Job Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant-ICAP
- 10 years of experience (A minimum of 03 years experience in any NPO).
- Ability to monitor strategic planning, implementing and managing all financial, accounting, and treasury activities.
- Ability to assist in formulating the foundations' future directions and tactical initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills.
