General Terms and Conditions: Both Male/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab can apply.

Appointments shall be made contract basis, under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.

Candidates having domicile of Punjab shall only be eligible to apply.

14.Final Terms & Conditions of appointment shall be settled at the actual date of appointment.

15.Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab S&GAD Notification ie. 08 years for female candidates and 5 years for Male candidates shall be granted.

16.Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.

17.Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with "The Contract Appointment
Policy, 2004/ Recruitment Policy 2022 and instructions issued from time to time by the Govt. of the Punjab.

18.Evaluations of the Candidates shall be done as per the Selection Criteria for Appointment asstipulated in the Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of the Punjab. Furthermore

Selection Committee may devise some written/practical tests for evaluation of candidates for any particular post to evaluate their capabilities as part of "Interview" and assign marks accordingly.

19. Decisions of Department all matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility/shorttesting/selection criteria shall be the final.

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FORMS: 2021Candidates shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk)

Candidates shall submit duly filled in Application form (online) alognwith deposit slip of prescribed fee in favour of National Testing Service, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counting using 20 Digits Invoice numbers generated in your fee slip. Only 1 bill invoice payment shall be accepted.

23Applications completed in all respect should reach NTS till 04.01.2025 respectively.

24.Incomplete applications or applications received after due date or closing office hour's on theJast date for submission of application will not be entertained.

25The date of written test/skill test shall be communicated to the eligible/shortlisted candidatesonly through NTS.

26Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS test to qualify.
