Terms & Condition:
- Only Male / Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date) strictly for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
- In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
- Special Person (Differently able person) shall attach proof of registration Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.
- Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny / Interview.
- The age and experience shall be calculated on the date of submission of application.
- Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Candidate applying for more than one post, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each post.
- Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
- Only the degree issued by the university/institute or reputed foreign university with HEC copied will be considered acceptable.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or legal action.
- Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be checked at the time of interview by the selection committee.
- Candidates will bring all the original documents at the time of interview.
- Interested individuals are requested to make sure before applying that specific post is having qualification according to the rules as candidates shall have at least 50 marks in NTS to pass the test. However, the marks obtained out of 50% passing marks NTS to pass the test. However, the competent authority has right to reduce shortlisting criteria for interview or any other policy for shortlisting as defined by the Government of the Punjab.
- The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies as defined by the Government of the Punjab. Only a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty or from any recognized institution affiliated/registered/recognized by the PMF or any recognized institution will be accepted.
- Competent authority is authorized to modify any of the condition/delete shortlisting criteria in the interest of general public as per prevailing policies.
- Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
- Candidates visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website after publication of the advertisement will duly obtain application form for each post. Copy of relevant documents, domicile, CNIC, two passport size photographs along with fee deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service. Last date for submission of Application is 20.01.2026 (Tuesday).
HOW TO APPLY
- The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal within 15 Days after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with two (02) sets of attested registration certificate/other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, passport size photographs to NTS through all the required channel.
- The Last Date for submission of Application is 20.01.2026 (Tuesday).
- Candidates must apply online by visiting National Testing Service Website (www.nts.com.pk) and fill the relevant fields within the same duration of 15 days.
- The date of written test will be communicated to the Essential / Shortlisted candidates only through NTS and Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS Website.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
- Candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.
- The list of selected candidates will be displayed in concerned institution / hospital and the selected candidates will be intimated vide post and email or any other source of communication i.e. telephonically.
- Provision of fake/fabricated/bogus may lead to severe consequences/action.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
