Chief Executive Officer (CEO)	1	Master's degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university, or equivalent professional distinction, with at least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit domain, or international development. Trust Secretary	1	Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution; OR Law graduate; OR Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.); OR Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA). Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.	Min 35
