Requirement of Contractor for Provision of Seasonal Work-Charged Labor / Beldar
The Department of Irrigation, Canal Division Layyah, requires the services of an authorized and experienced contractor for seasonal work-charged (temporary) labor for canal and headworks operations.
- Duration of Labor: From July 15, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
- Labor Strength: The number of laborers and the duration of employment may be increased or decreased according to work-charge policy and the prevailing flood situation.
- Wages: Wages for work-charged labor will be paid according to the approved Schedule of Wage Rates of the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, or based on the lowest rate provided by the contractor.
