Appointment as Special Prosecutor on Contract Basis

Positions

Qualifications

a) Must be a practicing Advocate of High Court. b) Must have experience of contesting criminal cases, especially Narcotics cases and Assets/Money Laundering Cases in Trial Courts, Anti Smuggling Court, High Court and Appellate Courts. c) Must be a member of any Bar Association in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. d) Must be a citizen of Pakistan, resident of/settled at Peshawar, with no political affiliations, not involved in any matter of misconduct or criminal case, not dismissed from Government service, and not declared as an insolvent.

Experience

Experience in contesting criminal cases, especially Narcotics cases and Assets/Money Laundering Cases in Trial Courts, Anti Smuggling Court, High Court and Appellate Courts

Pay Scale

Monthly retainer-ship fee negotiable up to PKR 110,000/- inclusive of taxes, with annual increase of up to 10% depending on performance

No TA/DA will be admissible for interview. Interviews will be conducted at Regional Directorate ANF Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
