Appointment as Special Prosecutor on Contract Basis

Positions

Qualifications

a. Practicing Advocate with minimum 5 years experience as an advocate in High Court. b. Must have experience of contesting criminal cases in Trial Courts and High Court especially in Narcotics cases. c. Must be a member of Punjab Bar Council / Sialkot Bar Association and must not be involved in any criminal case. d. The candidate should be a domicile holder / resident of / settled at Sialkot with no political affiliation and must not be involved in any criminal case. e. Must bear good character, must not be involved in any immoral activities, must not be dismissed from any public service or must not be declared bankrupt.

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience as an Advocate in High Court

Pay Scale

Attractive monthly retainer-ship fee will be offered; annual increase of up to 10% depending upon performance of SRP or otherwise
