Appointment as Special Prosecutor on Contract Basis

Positions

Qualifications

Practicing Advocate with minimum 5 years experience as an advocate in High Court; must have experience of contesting criminal cases in Trial Courts and High Court especially narcotics cases; must be a member of Punjab Bar Council / Multan Bar Association; must not be involved in any criminal case; must be a citizen of Pakistan resident of / settled at Multan with no political affiliation; must bear good character, must not be involved in any immoral activities, must not be dismissed from any public service, and must not be declared bankrupt

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience as a practicing Advocate in High Court with experience in criminal and narcotics cases

Pay Scale

Attractive monthly retainer-ship fee of Rs. 150,000/- approx, may be increased annually upto 10% depending upon performance

During the contract period, candidate will not be allowed to appear in any court as defence counsel in narcotics-related cases of any Law Enforcement Agency.
