Positions

Qualifications

Must be a citizen of Pakistan; practicing advocate in CNS Courts; preference for experience in High Courts; experience in Criminal/Narcotics cases in Trial Court, High Courts, Service Matters; must have experience in at least 5 white-collar crime cases; must be a member of High Court Bar Association; must not have been guilty of misconduct, convicted of moral turpitude, dismissed from government service, or declared insolvent; advocates previously terminated/resigned from the department are not eligible.

Experience

Experience contesting Criminal/Narcotics cases in Trial Court, High Courts, Service Matters; at least 5 white-collar crime cases required; preference for High Court experience

Pay Scale

Attractive retainership fee (mutually negotiable)
