VACANCIES

Applications are invited from male and female candidates for the following posts at the Armed Forces Graduate Medical Institute (AFPGMI), Rawalpindi. Candidates must meet the age, qualifications, and conditions specified against each post.

Terms and Conditions

1. Age and experience will be counted up to the last date of application submission.
2. Government employees should send their applications through the proper channel (departmental transit).
3. Interested candidates should send their applications with complete contact details, passport size photographs, and attested copies of educational certificates/degrees and national ID card (attested by a gazetted officer) to the address provided in the advertisement.
4. Separate applications and bank drafts will be required for more than one post.
5. No TA/DA will be given to those appearing for the test/interview.
6. Calls for test/interview will be made only after complete scrutiny of documents.
7. Incomplete applications or those with false information will be rejected.
8. Applications must reach within 14 days of the advertisement's publication.
9. Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination, and only medically fit and healthy candidates will be finally selected.
10. Selected candidates will have to work on probation for one year at AFPGMI.
11. The age limit for recruitment will be as follows:

Note	A maximum age relaxation of three years will be given as per the instructions of the Establishment Division if the candidate belongs to non-Muslim, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas (Gilgit, Skardu, and Diamer districts), Tribal Areas, interior Sindh, and Balochistan.
Disabled individuals	18 years to 28 years
Retired Armed Forces personnel	45 years

Furthermore, a general age relaxation of five years may be given according to Government rules and regulations.

Note

Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category, only one category of relaxation will be granted. In this case, the candidate must provide valid proof of age relaxation with the application.

12. Method of Application Submission:

a. For all posts, applicants must attach a bank draft of PKR 500/- in favor of "Commandant AFPGMI Rawalpindi" with the application.
b. Send the complete application and bank draft via courier/registered mail to AFPGMI Rawalpindi.
