SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible Male/Female citizens of Pakistan for the following vacant posts in Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute (AFPGMI) Rawalpindi:-

Terms and Conditions

1. Age and experience shall be counted as on the closing date of submission of applications.
2. Government Servants should submit their applications through their respective department
3. Interested candidates are requested to submit their applications mentioning Name, Father's name, CNIC No. Date of Birth, Cell No Name of Post applied for, Domicile District and qualification along with attested photocopies by Gazetted Officer of CNIC, domicile, 2 x passport size photographs and academic documents within 15 days of advertisement in newspaper. Submission of applications after due date will not be accepted.
4. If a candidate is interested in applying for more than one post, then separate application form and fees should be submitted for each post.
5. Call letters for test/interview will be issued after scrutiny of applications.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
7. Incomplete applications shall not be accepted. In case applications with fake documents/false information is proved after selection, then candidate will be liable for legal action.
8. Closing date for submission of applications is fifteen (15) days from the date of advertisement in newspapers.
9. After selection only Medically FIT candidates will be issued appointment letter.
10. Age Limit

Category of candidates:	Age Limits 18 - 25 years
(1) For all posts	—
(2) The maximum age limits will be relaxed 3 years in the case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas (District of Gilgit, Skardu and Diamir), Merged Districts of KPK, Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan in accordance with the instructions issued by the Establishment Division	Age Relaxation: 3 years
(3) Disabled Persons	Age Relaxation: 10 years
(4) Retired Armed Forces Personnel	Age Relaxation: 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan whichever is less

Note:
a. Where a candidate is eligible for age relaxation under more than one category specified above, he/she shall be allowed relaxation in one category only. In such cases, applications must be accompanied by adequate proof of age relaxation being claimed for consideration as per S/No 7 para 3 of ESTA CODE 2020.
b. General age relaxation over and above the above age relaxations will be given as per S/No 7.1 of ESTA CODE 2020.

Method of Applying

11. The prescribed Bank Draft (in original) in the name of Commandant Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute (AFPGMI) amounting to Rs.500/- will be attached with application.
12. Application alongwith documents and Bank Draft will be sent through courier to Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute (AFPGMI) Rawalpindi.
