Attock Petroleum Limited (APL) is a leading Oil Marketing Company seeking proactive, result-oriented and highly professional individual for the position of Manager Retail Sales & Development, to be based at Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the Company's retail filling station network to achieve sales targets through strategic sales planning, performance management, and effective execution.

• Spearhead the expansion of the Company's retail network by identifying high-potential locations, evaluating market opportunities, and developing strategic business partnerships.

• Formulate and implement innovative retail sales and network development strategies to maximize market share, profitability, and long-term business growth.

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams to consistently achieve sales objectives while fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.

• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, customer analysis, and demand forecasting to support informed business decisions and strategic planning.

• Evaluate new retail development opportunities, investment proposals, financial feasibility studies, and commercial arrangements with prospective business partners.

• Develop and manage the annual CAPEX plan, ensuring optimum utilization of development budgets for new retail projects, capital reinvestment, and modernization of existing retail outlets.

• Oversee the operations of Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) retail sites, ensuring operational efficiency, asset integrity, and full compliance with Company policies and operational standards.

• Ensure strict implementation of Company SOPs and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including directives issued by OGRA and other relevant Government authorities.

• Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal departments, business partners, consultants, contractors, and Government agencies to ensure the timely execution of strategic retail sales, development, and infrastructure projects.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, enhancing customer experience, and promoting sustainable growth across the Company's retail network.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in a reputable Oil Marketing Company (OMC), including at least 03 years in a similar managerial role.

• Proven expertise in retail sales management, retail network development and project management.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

• Thorough understanding of OGRA regulations and relevant Government authorities including Explosives Department, Highway Authorities, Environmental Protection Agency and District Administration.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
