General Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates must be a citizen of Azad Jammu and Kashmir or a Pakistani citizen who has lived in AJK for at least 5 years and has a valid AJK domicile certificate.
2. Age limit is 21 to 40 years. Age relaxation may be provided as per government rules.
3. Candidates must fulfill all educational and experience requirements as per the advertisement.
4. Candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel.
5. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
8. The Commission reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement.
9. Candidates must provide original documents at the time of interview.
10. The appointment will be made on merit.
11. The selection will be made as per AJK PSC rules and regulations.
12. The candidate will be appointed on contract basis for a period of 3 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
13. The candidate will be subject to AJK government service rules.
14. The candidate will be posted anywhere in AJK.
15. The candidate must be physically and mentally fit.
16. The candidate must not have been dismissed from government service.
17. The candidate must not have been convicted by any court of law.
