How to Apply?
- Applicants should apply only on the prescribed form, available at the office of the Registrar as well as on University website http://www.bkuc.edu.pk/.
- (2). Original receipt of online payment/demand draft in favor of Treasurer, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda OR online payment to the University Account Bank of Khyber (Branch Code 0088 Account No. 2006259998) must be attached with the application form as per details mentioned below;
Professor (BPS/TTS-21) and Associate Professor (BPS/TTS-20)Rs. 7,000/-Assistant Professor(TTS) Rs. 5,000/-Lecturer (BPS-18) Rs. 3,000/-
- 3). The candidates having Foreign Degree/Certificate have to provide Equivalency Certificate from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad at the time of submission of application form.
- (4). In case of degree titles other than the advertised position (Title/Subject/Discipline), degree relevance certificate should be provided issued from HEC at the time of form submission.
- (5). Less than 3.00/4.00 CGPA will be considered as second division.
- (6). Application Forms, complete in all respects, along with all relevant documents/experience certificates and three passport sized color photographs should be submitted to the office of the undersigned by 27th June, 2023 positively.
- (7). Incomplete applications or those submitted after due date shall not be entertained.
- (8). Original documents will have to be produced at the time of interview.
- (9). Those already in Government services should apply through proper channel, or attach departmental NOC and Experience Certificate duly issued by the Competent Authority.
- (10). Eligibility in all aspects shall be reckoned upon closing date of advertisement.
- (11). Only Short listed candidates will be called for test/interview as per University statutes, rules & regulations.
- (12). No TA/DA shall be admissible during test/interview. The candidates shall be called for test/interview through their email, contact No's & postal addresses only. Landline telephone Number, mobile /WhatsApp Number, Postal and email addresses must be written on the application form.
- (13). The University reserves the right to either increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any post and reject any application by assigning reasons.
- (14). Any candidates applying for more than one position, should apply for each post separately, along with application fee.
- (15). The age limit for initial appointment in BPS-17 & above shall be from 21-45 years and 18 to 45 years for employees in BPS 1-5.
- (16). All other statutory provisions of Bacha Khan University Charsadda Statutes, 2016 should be applicable to the whole process ranging from form submission till final selection.
- (17). Fresh hiring shall be made purely on contributory provident fund (CPF).
- (18).The applicants for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should also submit the following documents. (a). Four copies of the list of research publications showing names of Publications and Journals. (b). Four sets of prints of the Publications.
