- 1) Only candidates having DC & Domicile of Punjab Dicts are eligible to apply
- 2) Both Male/Female applicants having demiole of Province of Punjab can apply
- Appointments shall be made, an contract basis, under "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 initially for a
- period of 3 years extendable subject to good performance
- 4) Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be admissible under the rules
- 50 Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- The Disable Candidates must produce their said certificate of Disability for the Jat
- 7) Recrutment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004/
- Recruitment Policy, 2022" and instructions saved from time to time by the Government of the Punjab
- Persons already in Government Services should apply through their Departments alongwith NOC
- Incomplete applications as well as the applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained in any case
- 30 Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without
- assigning any reason
- 11] Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fit all the
- requirements of the rules relating to the post as mentioned above.
- 12) Evaluation of the candidates shall be done as per the "Selection Criteria for Appointment as stipulated in the
- Recruitment Policy, 2022 of the Government of the Punjab Furthermore, Selection Committee may devise
- some written/practical test for evaluation of candidates for any particular post to evaluate their capabilities
- as part of the interview and assign marks accordingly.
- PROCEDURE TO APPLY
- 1. The candidates are required to apply for the posts through National Testing Service Portal within 15 Days
- after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly fled in application forms along with to sets of
- attested photocopies of all relaxant academic certificates/Degress/Diplomas/vallid registration certificate/
- other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CC, experience certificate of any) and 4 passport ser
- photographs to NTS
- 2. The candidates must apply online by visiting National Testing Service Wittg and candidates
- are advised to visit the NTS Offical site for updates
- 3. The date of written test will be communicated to the eligible/shortlisted candidates only through NTS and
- their rell no slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS Website
- 4. The shortlisted candidates after passing NTS will be called for interview and informed accordingly
- 5. Al candidates should bring their original documents at the time of interview
- 6. The list of selected candidates will be diplayed. The selected candidates will also be intimated vide postal
- address given by them on any empty envelope 7. NoTA/DA is admissible
