Job Opening 1: Deputy Director HR Training (DDHR)

Qualification:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 18 years of education.
- Degree should be in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience / Skills:
- Preferably 10 years of relevant experience in training & development.
- Experience preferably in a university or public sector organization.
- Strong knowledge of university regulations, HR policies, compliance, administration, coordination, communication, reporting, confidentiality, professional integrity, and related organizational skills.

Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and coordinating training programs.
- Identifying training needs and developing training modules.
- Liaising with campuses and regulatory bodies.
- Managing professional development activities.
- Maintaining training records.
- Supporting employee learning and capacity building.
