Qualifications

Minimum Master's / 4-year BS in Computer Sciences, IT, or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university

Experience

Minimum 15 years' experience in Project Management, software development, or IT leadership; proven experience in developing technology strategies, leading technical teams, tier 3 level Data Center experience, managing IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, budgets, vendors, and project delivery; strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills; experience in Safe Cities will be preferred
