Position
Head Consumer Banking Division
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: Graduation. Preference for Master's degree holders from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or foreign qualification equivalents with HEC certification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer/Retail Banking. Proven track record in Islamic Banking product development is advantageous. Experience in Shariah Compliant Banking is highly desirable.
- Age limit as per Bank's HR Rules.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to meet targets.
- Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance and compliance frameworks.
- Lead and mentor product, sales, and credit analysis teams.
- Ensure product pricing aligns with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance.
- Lead automation and digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.
- Define credit approval processes for various segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance).
- Ensure timely processing and submission of proposals/reports to the Head Retail Banking.
- Propose process improvements related to credit approval and turnaround time.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.

Location & Remuneration Package
- Based in Head Office Peshawar, reporting to the Group Head Retail Banking.
- Market-based remuneration package.
Position: Regional Head - Retail Banking for Bank's Central, Southern & Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara regions
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: Graduation. Preference for Master's degree holders from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or foreign qualification equivalents with HEC certification.
- Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years as an Area Manager or equivalent supervisory role in Retail/Branch Banking. Preference for Islamic Banking experience.
- Age limit as per Bank's HR Rules.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers.
- Generate and manage Liability & Consumer Assets targets effectively.
- Manage the regional branch network and assign KPIs to Area/Branch Managers.
- Ensure effective monitoring of progress on targets and KPIs.
- Identify and formulate area-wise strategies and supervise business activities.
- Achieve CASA deposit & Consumer targets.
- Ensure compliance with operational risk management policies & procedures.
- Enhance customer service by improving prevailing processes and practices.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by management.
Location & Remuneration Package
- For Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara region, the location is Islamabad.
- For the Central region, the location is Lahore.
- For the Southern region, the location is Karachi.
- Reports to the Group Head Retail Banking.
- Market-based remuneration package.
Position: Regional Head - Corporate & Investment Banking South
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: Graduation. Preference for Master's degree holders from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or foreign qualification equivalents with HEC certification.
- Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years in Corporate/Commercial/Retail lending at a senior level.
- Age limit as per Bank's HR Rules.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Review and finalize credit proposals and recommend viable credit proposal approvals.
- Review regional credit portfolios on an ongoing basis and take measures to improve quality.
- Conduct visits to projects/business places of existing and potential borrowers.
- Coordinate with Head Office to translate the Bank's corporate banking strategy into practical business plans and ensure their implementation.
- Continuously follow up on achievement of targets and channelizing marketing efforts related to assets portfolio growth.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the management.
Location & Remuneration Package
- Based in Karachi.
- Reports to the Group Head Corporate & Investment Banking.
- Market-based remuneration package.
