i. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation, Intermediate categories with at least 40 marks conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and hold its certificate as required for appointment to the mentioned posts.
ii. The age of the applicant will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application, as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit will be provided as per Notification No. SO-II(SGA&C)5-64/2011 Part dated 06.03.2025 of the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department.
iii. The quota share allocated for initial appointments will be implemented according to the Government of Sindh Law/Rules/Policy.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time, and dated 23.04.2023.
vi. Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
vii. TA/DA will not be given for the interview.
