Graduation at least IInd Division from University recognized by High Education Commission.<br>Six months certificate course in MS Office with 30-35 words per minute typing speed from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education Karachi.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- The applicants who fulfill following requirements should apply for aforementioned vacancies on Sindh job Portal Government of Sindh at https://sjp.gos.pk
- The applicants must have successfully passed the general screening test of Graduation category with at least 40% marks conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Service (STS) and possess its valid certificate issued by the STS as required for the appointment to the aforementioned posts.
- Age of the applicant shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application as provided under rule 7 of Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of upper age limit) Rules, 2024. However, the upper age relaxation limit will be five years as provided in notification of Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, bearing No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011(part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
- The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per law/rules/policy of Government of Sindh.
- Applicants already in service should get NOC from his/her respective department prior to submission of application(s) and bring the original NOC at the time of interview Departmental Selection Committee.
- The applicants should appear in person before the Departmental Selection Committee interview along with original qualification, experience and other relevant documents/testimonials, as per schedule to be uploaded on Sindh Job Portal.
- Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No. TA/D.A shall be admissible to the candidates appearing for interview.
