Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Employment Type: Purely on a contract basis for 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Upper Age Limit: 62 years.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: MBBS with an MPH (Master of Public Health) or equivalent, with a valid PMDC registration certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital management, public policy, project administration, financial management, or planning and development.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Implementing government health policies and board decisions.
- Managing hospital administration, operations, and clinical/technical staff.
- Acting as the principal accounting officer for hospital funds and assets.
- Preparing gap analyses for infrastructure, training needs, and strategic health service delivery.
- Providing leadership to senior management and coordinating board meetings.
