FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY WITH APPLICATION FORM
1. One Year Provisional License Medical issued by PMC 2. NIC, Local/Domicile of the Candidates.
3. Qualification Certificates (FSC, DMC of Final Year BDS) 4. Character & Provisional Certificates issued by the Principal BMC. 5. Receipt of PMC Registration Certificate & Bank draft copy. 6. One Passport size photograph.DATE OF INTERVIEW= Tuesday, 20th June, 2023
