Qualifications

Academic Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent 18 years of education in Finance, Economics, Taxation, Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline from a HEC-recognized university. Professional Experience: Not less than 20 years of post-qualification professional experience in public or private sector, including not less than 7 years of senior-level experience in tax policy, tax administration, revenue management, fiscal policy, fiscal law, or financial management.

Experience

Minimum 20 years post-qualification professional experience, including at least 7 years of senior-level experience in tax policy, tax administration, revenue management, fiscal policy, fiscal law, or financial management.

Pay Scale

BPS-20 or such other Pay Scale as determined by the Chief Minister; Competitive lumpsum market-based package commensurate with qualification and experience (or prevailing Special Professional Pay Scale / Management Pay Scale as approved by the Chief Minister)
