Qualifications
At least Master's Degree (minimum 16 years of education) from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution, in any combination of disciplines in law, business, engineering, finance, accounting, economics, petroleum, technology, public administration or management. Degree from a recognized foreign institution will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 20 years of experience in a large public sector organization(s) and/or national/multinational private sector organization(s) with at least 3 years' experience as head of a public and/or private sector organization(s). Excellent Leadership, Team Building, Analytical and inter-personal skills. Proven Track Record of Successful Performance in a Competitive Environment.
Pay Scale
Equivalent to Special Professional Pay Scale (SPPS-I)
