Qualifications/Pre-Requisites

| 1. | Principal (Female) | 01 | * Ph.D./MPhil/MS in Education/School Administration/Educational Leadership (Preferably) or any other subject, from HEC recognized institute with 1st Div/2.5 CGPA/60% in the highest degree.
- B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferably).
- At least 8-10 years of administrative experience with renowned Matric/Inter Schools or colleges, over 800 students. |
Terms & Conditions
- The post will be non-transferable. The recruitment shall be on contract basis and shall remain as such.
- On completion of six (06) months of observation period, CEO may grant contract for three years, extendable on annual basis.
- A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate, with the exact amount determined by qualifications, relevant experience, and overall fit for the role.
- No TA/DA shall be given for the Test/Demo/Interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for Test and Interview.
