Positions

Qualifications

At least one of the following: (i) Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants; OR (ii) Member of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries; OR (iii) Master's degree in business, finance, commerce, or law from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated experience serving as Company Secretary in a reputable Public/Private Sector organization or State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), or a reputable national or multinational organization. Experience in the Power, Energy, or Generation Sector will be given preference.

Pay Scale

Negotiable market-based remuneration package and fringe benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience
