Positions

Qualifications

Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, qualified CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed local or international University/Institute. Must meet fit and proper criteria as defined under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.

Experience

Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in senior management or executive-level roles, with demonstrated expertise in auditing and risk management, designing internal control procedures, effective compliance of financial reliability in public/private sector with understanding of governance, risks and controls especially in SOEs or public sector projects. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in the power sector.

Pay Scale

Competitive market-based compensation package aligned with seniority and responsibilities of the role
