Available Positions
The following expert positions are listed for TPV of ongoing/completed PSDP projects:
- Team Lead / Senior Engineer (Civil/Infrastructure): Requires an MS in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in infrastructure planning and construction management.
- Civil Engineer (Buildings & Infrastructure): Mid-level role requiring a BS/BE in Civil Engineering and minimum 5 years experience.
- Civil Engineer (Roads & Allied Infrastructure): Mid-level role requiring a BS/BE in Structural Engineering and minimum 5 years experience.
- Civil Engineer (Irrigation & Water Resources): Mid-level role requiring a BS/BE in Water Resources/Hydrology and minimum 5 years experience.
- Electrical/Electronics Engineer (Energy Sector): Requires a BS/BE in Electrical Engineering and minimum 5 years experience.
Compensation and Duration
- Contract Duration: 3–6 months, extendable based on performance.
- Pay Packages:
- Team Lead/Sr. Engr.: Rs. 700,000 (Pay) + Rs. 200,000 (Logistics) per month.
- Support Engineers: Rs. 500,000 (Pay) + Rs. 200,000 (Logistics) per month.
- Note: Engineers are responsible for their own office setup, transport, fuel, and field equipment; no government vehicles are provided.
