Important Instructions
- Applications on plain paper along with attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, domicile, identity card, and 02 recent passport-size photographs should reach the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Toba Tek Singh by mail during office hours until 10.03.2025.
- Late applications will not be considered. It is mandatory to have an identity card and domicile attached with the application. Applications should be sent in the name of Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) Toba Tek Singh by the due date, and the name of the post should be clearly written on the right corner of the envelope. All applicants must write their contact number, telephone, and mobile number in the application.
- If any relative of the applicant is already employed in the Session Division Toba Tek Singh, the applicant should mention the name and designation of the relative in an affidavit. If the information is concealed and found out later, the applicant will be immediately dismissed from the job.
- The upper age limit will generally not be relaxed for 5 years, but this relaxation will only be available to those candidates whose age has exceeded the prescribed limit due to extraordinary circumstances beyond human control, provided that the candidates mention the circumstances in their application. - Only those candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear for the interview.
