How to Apply?
- 1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview and Demo by telephonic call or msg.
- 2. Incomplete applications and applications received after due date will not be entertained.
- 3. Separate application along with relevant documents are required for each position if any candidate intends to apply for more than one positions clearly mentioning the college for which they apply.
- 4. The appointments will be made subject to the sufficient number of enrollment of students in the college(s) concerned.
- 5. Teacher will be hired on fixed salary basis as mentioned in the PC-I.
- 6. The teaching staff (Teachers, Lab. Assistants and Lab. Attendants) will be hired only for the time/period when academic activities are in progress. They will not be paid during the winter/summer vacations.
- 7. The status of the teachers/non-teaching staff will be purely temporary on PC-I mode basis.
- 8. Female candidates (applying for the positions of teachers, lab. Assistants and Lab. Attendants) can apply for female colleges and male candidates (applying for the positions of teachers, lab. Assistant and Lab. Attendant) can apply for male colleges. However, for the positions of Junior Clerk, Chowkidar and Naib Qasid male candidates can apply for both male & female colleges.
- 9. NO TA/DA will be admissible for interview/demo candidates.
- 10. PC-1 Based employment is subject to the guidance of the high-ups which has been sought vide this office letter No.1292 dated 21.07.2023.
- 11. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject the advertisement or any application by giving a cogent reason or any directives/orders received in this regard from the high-ups or the relevant departments.
- 12. In case any of the concerned colleges requires services of Teaching/Non-teaching staff during the current academic session, the JMC Coordinator will hire the services of the required staff from the already created merit list.
