• List of works in hand.
• Proof of financial standing with balance sheets for the last 3 years and bank account details.
• Proof of registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and income tax payment certificate.
• Certificate of registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) / Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).
• Affidavit stating the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted.
• Preference will be given to local firms.
• National Tax Number (NTN) registration.
