- Application addressed to the Commandant CMH Hyderabad, including date of birth, domicile, educational qualifications, computerized national identity card, and two recent passport-sized photographs attested by a gazetted officer, along with a postal order of 300 rupees (non-refundable) in the name of Commandant CMH Hyderabad Cantt, should be sent by January 30, 2025.
