INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
JACARANDA FAMILY CLUB (JFC) CINEMA FACILITY
The Jacaranda Family Club (JFC), a subsidiary company of DHA Islamabad, invites reputable and experienced investors/operators to operate and manage its Cinema Hall on a rental/sharing basis.
THE JFC PROVIDES:
- Well-designed, fully built Hall (40 ft x 70 ft)
- Seating capacity for approximately 120 persons
- Existing structure ready for fit-out
THE INVESTOR/OPERATOR SHALL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE (AS INVESTMENT):
- Latest cinema equipment, sound system, along with all necessary installation.
- All operational setup as per modern standards.
