Hiring of Law Firm / Legal Practice on Retainership Basis

Positions

Qualifications

Must be a legally constituted and reputable Law Firm/Legal Practice with relevant experience. Must have a proposed Lead Legal Advisor holding a valid practising licence and current enrolment with the relevant Bar Council. Must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Must have filed Income Tax Returns for the last three (03) tax years. Must not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government department, public sector organization or competent authority. Must submit the required affidavit and declaration regarding conflict of interest. Must meet all other qualification and documentary requirements prescribed in the procurement documents.
