General Terms and Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified.
- All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. After creating a profile and before applying, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and have their CNIC verified by a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without verification, they will not be able to apply.
- Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
- Screening of candidates will be based on a test conducted by ETEA.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules.
- Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channels.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in District Tank. If local candidates are unavailable, candidates from adjacent/nearest districts will be considered, subject to fulfilling all codal formalities.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning reason or if any changes are made in Service Rules/ATP rules, the committee will follow the Government rules strictly.
- Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification, and the number of vacancies can be increased or decreased.
- Failure to fulfill any of the written statements in the application form or any misinformation will automatically exclude the candidate from the recruitment process at any stage.
- Shortlisted candidates must provide attested photocopies of all documents to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Tank.
- In the case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
How to Apply
- Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing a token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.
- Print the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app/agent, Jazz Cash app, or any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI agent.
- After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's stamp and do not share it with anyone else.
- Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- The online application form is available on www.etea.edu.pk from March 3, 2025.
- The last date for submission of the online application is March 21, 2025.
- Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to provide ported/converted mobile numbers.
- The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be issued.
