Terms and Conditions:

1. All candidates will be allowed to take their screening test. If any candidate is found ineligible for recruitment at any stage during scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified at any stage.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
3. Shortlisting of candidates will be based on data screening test marks, educational qualifications, and experience.
4. All appointments will be purely on merit and temporary basis in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
5. Only experience certificates issued by government/semi-government institutions and countersigned by the head of the relevant institution will be acceptable.
6. Marks for experience will only be given to candidates having experience in the relevant field in government/semi-government institutions.
7. Interview information will be communicated via SMS. Therefore, all candidates should not turn off or change their mobile SIM until the completion of the recruitment process, otherwise, the responsibility will lie with the candidates.
8. The overall eligibility of candidates will be determined by the last date of receipt of applications.
9. Incomplete and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
10. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given as per existing rules.
11. Candidates working in government institutions should submit their applications through their departments along with NOC.
12. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and to make changes in the number of advertised posts or cancel them.
13. No travel expenses (TA/DA) will be given to candidates coming for the test/interview.
14. In case of a foreign educational degree, it is mandatory for the candidate to submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission.
15. Errors are subject to correction.

How to Apply:

1. After creating your profile on the ETEA website and before depositing the fee, print the Nadra e-Facility token from the ETEA website and verify the CNIC number by visiting any franchise (Easy Paisa). Without this verification, you will not be able to apply for any post. After verifying the profile, print the deposit slip from the ETEA website to deposit the fee and deposit it with any JAZZ CASH/EASY PAISA/CASH agent or Nadra e-Facility center (the test fee is non-refundable), and you will receive a confirmation SMS.
2. Candidates are directed to apply only online on the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk by 10/03/2025.
3. Candidates should keep the SMS received after depositing the fee safe as it will be required at the time of the interview.
4. Candidates should bring original documents along with attested copies at the time of the interview.
5. Candidates can be disqualified at any stage due to incorrect or false information.
6. Government employees must apply through the proper channel and bring NOC at the time of the interview.
7. Candidates who have been blacklisted by ETEA are not eligible to apply.
8. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the online form.
9. No hard copies of the online application are required.
