Requisite Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the development sector.
- Competencies and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of local taxation laws and regulatory compliance
- Audit experience (an advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Age: Maximum age limit of 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Incorporate financial records in accounting software
- Handle checks, petty cash, and monthly reconciliations
- Maintain financial documentation and support budget reporting
- Process payroll and ensure tax, EOBI, and provident fund compliance
- Upload tax data to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and coordinate with tax consultants
- Support internal/external audits and financial statement preparation
- Organize and archive financial records as per policy
- Coordinate with HR, banks, and vendors on finance-related matters
